刘恩涛

刘恩涛(Dr. Entao Liu),1986年生,博士,教授,博士生导师


入选湖北省高层次青年人才计划(2024)、武汉市青年晨光计划(2018)和地大学者青年人才计划(2015),湖北省优秀博士学位论文获得者,主要从事沉积盆地分析、海洋地质学、盆地流体年代学教学与科研工作。发表学术论文60余篇,第一作者在Quaternary Science Reviews、Precambrian Research、Marine Geology、Sedimentary Geology、Palaeo-3、Marine and Petroleum Geology等期刊上发表论文20余篇,主编学术专著4部,发布国家标准2项(排名第四和第五),授权国家专利4项,担任Journal of Marine Science and Engineering、Quaternary、地球科学等6个期刊的编委/青年编委。主持或参与科研项目20余项,包括国家自然科学基金面上项目(主持)和青年项目(主持)、中国石油科技创新基金(主持)、页岩油国家重点实验室开放课题(主持)、国家油气重大专项、国家重点研发计划项目、三大油公司外协课题等。联系方式:liuentao@cug.edu.cn02005132@163.com

Personal Profile: Liu Entao, born in 1986, is a full professor and doctoral supervisor in marine geology and fluid geochronology. He has been honored with Hubei Province High-level Youth Talent Program (2024), Wuhan Youth Dawn Program (2018), and China University of Geosciences Young Talent Program (2015). Dr. Liu was a jointly cultivated Ph.D. with the University of Queensland, Australia between 2012 and 2015 and a recipient of the Hubei Province Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award in 2017. His expertise spans sedimentary basin analysis, marine geology, and basin fluid geochronology, with significant contributions in both teaching and research. Dr. Liu has authored over 60 academic papers, with more than 20 as the first author in esteemed journals such as Quaternary Science Reviews, Precambrian Research, Sedimentary Geology, Marine Geology, Palaeo-3, and Marine and Petroleum Geology. He has edited four academic monographs, published two national standards (ranking fourth and fifth), and been granted four national patents. Additionally, Dr. Liu serves on the editorial boards or as a youth editorial board member for six journals, including the Journal of Marine Science and Engineering, Quaternary, and Journal of Earth Science. His research involvement extends to more than 20 projects, including leadership roles in initiatives such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Youth Project, the China Petroleum Science and Technology Innovation Fund, the Open Fund of the National Shale Oil Laboratory, the National Oil and Gas Major Project, the National Key Research and Development Program, and external collaborations with the three major oil companies. The research group led by Dr. Liu currently offers several master's and doctoral positions in marine science, hydrocarbon resources, and environmental studies.
